En Enero de 2004 fue dirigido por Dios a pastorear la Iglesia Fuente de Agua Viva en Carolina, Puerto Rico. Desde ese momento, la iglesia ha tenido una transformación y crecimiento sin precedentes, llevando la iglesia a un nuevo nivel de prosperidad. Actualmente, preside el Concilio de Iglesias Fuente de Agua Viva y Caguas Educational TV, que maneja la estación televisiva NCN Televisión en Puerto Rico y la emisora de radio Estación de la Familia 89.1 en Orlando, FL. Además, maneja varias empresas comerciales de venta directa y bienes raíces. El Pastor Otoniel Font es conocido por su dinámica predicación de la Palabra de Dios. Sus enseñanzas presentan principios básicos de la Palabra con la intención de exhortar y motivar al pueblo de Dios. Sus mensajes han impactado a miles de vidas en Puerto Rico, Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica, por medio de sus servicios semanales, programas de radio y televisión, transmisión a través del Internet, aportaciones a revistas y periódicos, y por sus visitas a diferentes ministerios internacionalmente.
