This book describes the design and applications of CMOS Inverting Current Conveyor (ICC-II) for the analog signal processing aspects. In chapter 1, the introduction of current conveyors has included with the reasons why they become so popular in the field of analog circuit designing. Chapter 2 includes the introduction of inverting second-generation current conveyor (ICCII) with the CMOS implementation of MO-ICCII. Chapter 3 has presented a new circuit of CM universal filter, realizing all the filter responses simultaneously with quite good results. A VM universal filter is also proposed…mehr

A VM universal filter is also proposed having the benefit from grounded components. Chapter 4 deals with various applications employing MO-ICCII. Firstly a novel grounded inductor is realized using a single ICCII. A bandpass filter and a new oscillator circuit have been presented based on a simulated grounded inductor. Finally, an oscillator circuit using MO-ICCII is proposed to have the advantage of independent control of oscillationfrequency (FO) without affecting the condition of oscillation (CO). All the proposed circuits have been verified through PSPICE simulations with 0.35mim CMOS parameters. Chapter 5 concludes the work.
