Le Anh Nguyen Long (PhD) is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the University of Twente (UT) in The Netherlands. Carina Veeckman is a senior researcher and project manager at imec, SMIT-Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in Belgium.
