The present work describes the cooperative relations between the elementary school "Ramón Ponciano Romano" and the Cooperative of Credits and Services (CCS) "Emilio Obregón" belonging to the community "El Majá", municipality Jatibonico. For the study the qualitative and quantitative methodologies were used, with predominance of the qualitative methodology. The method used was ethnographic and various techniques were applied for the collection of information, which led to the achievement of the proposed objectives. The objective of this research is to describe how cooperation relations are established between the CCS "Emilio Obregón" and the school "Ramón Ponciano Romano" as well as the factors that intervene in the effective achievement of these relations and their implication in the community in a general sense. Which is demonstrated that for the achievement of common objectives must be implicit the following indicators, institutional dialogue, social relations and joint actionsand others, which are milestones that can consolidate this complex network of relationships ...
