School Coaching is fundamental in the personal leadership of the members that make up the school, allowing them to evaluate and reflect on their roles, beliefs and objectives, becoming aware of the enormous potential they possess and their internal resources. When school organisations are in conflict, expectations regarding what the other should do, what they expect from the other, usually provoke frustration, sadness, loneliness, impotence, helplessness... and a deep sense of DISENCHANTMENT. Coaching delves into the beliefs and limitations that are anchoring the members in these emotions. These beliefs and limitations are linked to the development of their Emotional Intelligence. In this sense this book puts a special emphasis on the training and development of the soft skills that make up the way to learn how to do School Coaching.
