Expatriate assignments tend to cause a high degree of change both in the private and professional life of expatriates. While CHANGE brings about CHANCES for career-related development and personal growth, it also gives rise to difficulties. The "away-from-home" experience is often overshadowed by the concurrence and recurrence of multifaceted challenges.
