Jordan Michelman won a 2020 James Beard Award for journalism and was a finalist for the 2020 Louis Roederer International Wine Writers' Awards. His work has appeared in publications such as the Los Angeles Times, PUNCH, TASTE, EATER, The New York Times, and T. He is also a cofounder and editor of Sprudge. Zachary Carlsen is an accomplished professional barista turned journalist, whose career in coffee has included public education and retail management with companies including Ninth Street Espresso, Stumptown Coffee, and Murky Coffee. He is also a cofounder and editor of Sprudge.
