By drinking clean water and freshly squeezed juices your body will enjoy these natural substances. Coffee and chocolate have insect fragments and rodent hairs with fifty to seventy five fragments per spoon; and both are high in caffeine. There are more reasons to replace the above. It did not take me very long to change based on just some of the information contained in this book. This can be accomplished with ease. Coffee, chocolates, teas, and sodas replaced!
