The real prevalence of cognitive disorders (CD) in connectivitis is not clearly established. Given the impossibility of carrying out a thorough evaluation of each patient by a neuropsychologist, we proposed to carry out rapid screening tests for CT and to refer patients with pathological tests to a specialized consultation. For this purpose, we performed a descriptive cross-sectional study in patients with connectivitis. We looked for the notion of forgetfulness and then we performed a rapid screening of CT by the Dubois 5-word test, the clock test and the temporo-spatial disorientation. Our study included 30 patients with confirmed connectivitis. We found pathological tests in 66.6% of cases. Early detection of CT in patients with connectivitis could limit or delay the onset of dementia in them.
