Chronic neck pain, one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders, has an impact on the individual as well as community. Multiple causative factors play vital role in perpetuation of neck pain. It encompasses the physical, social and psychological factors. Varied conservative physiotherapeutic approaches are available in literature. Cognitive functional therapy is unique behavioral intervention which focuses on delivering individualized patient care with self-management approach in functionally specific manner. Hence, this study aimed to find the effect of cognitive functional therapy as compared to conventional therapy on pain, function and disability in chronic neck pain patients.
