Kevin Lane Dearinger is a retired Broadway actor-singer and English teacher. His publications include The Bard in the Bluegrass, Marie Prescott, Clyde Fitch and the American Theatre, as well as several collections of poetry and two memoirs, Bad Sex in Kentucky and On Stage with Bette Davis: Inside the Fabulous Flop of Miss Moffat. His biography of Eleanor Robson Belmont will be published in 2023. He has written several plays, available for new productions, including Regarding Mrs. Carter, Naked on Request, and Expiation, and contributed to Limestone 1833, a radio play.
