Autorenporträt
Dr. Robert Attard is a lawyer by profession engaged as a tax consultant with a leading Maltese business advisory firm. Robert is a visiting part-time lecturer (Tax Law) at the University of Malta and a BPP lecturer. Robert is the author of the successful Malta, A Collection of Tales and Narratives series commissioned by the Edward De Bono Foundation (Malta) and the principal author of BPP's Course Notes Taxation 2.3 - Malta Variant. Robert is a collector of military headgear and has published extensively on the Evolution of Military Headgear and Military antiques. Articles penned by Robert were published in Antique Collecting (UK), the Armourer (UK), Battlefields Review (UK), The Militaria International Magazine (USA), Collector's Mart (UK) and Treasurers of Malta (Malta).
