Adult and continuing education institutions and organizations must be able to survive in a constantly changing society in order to be able to carry out continuing education and training measures.The author refers to his postgraduate training in his remarks. He was also able to contribute his many years of work and experience in education management as a member of the Education Commission of the General Synod of the Evangelical Church A. and H.B. (2000 - 2011) and deputy director of the "Evangelisches Bildungswerk in Tirol" (2004 - 2009, 2017 - 2019).
