The selection and arrangement of the topics are based on personal professional socialization and represent personal priorities and interests. The contributions and the state of knowledge are based on the literature of educational science, organizational development ("Organization and Pedagogy"), age education and interdisciplinary approaches. The examination of the basic literature supplements adult educational challenges. Adult and continuing education institutions and organizations must be able to survive in a constantly changing society in order to be able to carry out continuing education and training measures. This means that the quaternary education sector is becoming increasingly important.The author refers to his postgraduate training in his explanations. The continuing education segment and resistance to education are viewed differently. The topic of parallel structures in the didactics of schools, universities and EB/WB is treated differently. The documentation is a personal examination of the above-mentioned motivation.
