La dott.ssa Mamatha N lavora attualmente come bibliotecaria, con un'esperienza di 10 anni di servizio attivo nella biblioteca universitaria. La dott.ssa Khaiser Jahan Begum è professore senior presso l'Università di Mysore, India. Ha 40 anni di esperienza nell'insegnamento e nella ricerca in biblioteconomia e scienze dell'informazione, 12 libri e dottorati di ricerca e 300 articoli di ricerca.
