Thus, the results allowed concluding that the company Martyni Campestre, Garzón, Colombia has adequate collection strategies, also lack of training to workers to perform effective work with respect to the collection of debts, making this lack of motivation to both employees and customers, leading the company to face high levels of delinquency of its customers, affecting, consequently, the profitability of the company.
