Todd Jarvis is an engineering geologist, water right examiner and mediator who works at the Institute for Water & Watersheds at Oregon State University. He teaches Environmental Conflict Resolution at the University of Oregon Law School and has over 35 years' experience working throughout the United States and internationally.
