Saber was born in April 1984.He finished his primary at Hemin primary school in 1996, finished his intermediate high school at Ahmadi Khani school in 2002, graduated in the college of Education/English Language Dept.in 2006. He has got master in English language and Applied Linguistics at Salahdin University in 2013.
