This book is a compilation of Colombian piano pieces for four-hands. Each piece's discussion consist of a short biography of its composer, a general description of the piece, a suggested level of difficulty, and the location of its original manuscript or published copies. The majority of the pieces discussed in this compilation exist only in their original manuscript form and access to them is only possible by visiting the Colombian libraries and museums were they are.

Autor

Born in Medellín, Colombia, Dr. Arango started music lessons at 5. Later on he moved to the United States and obtained his bachelor's in Music at the University of Memphis, Tennessee. In 2004 he attended the University of Iowa where he graduated from his Master's in Music and Doctor in Musical Arts degrees, with emphasis in piano performance.
