Chenelle Foster is a Maryland native. She is the daughter of Gregory and Carole Foster and has 3 older siblings and 2 nieces. She graduated from high school in 2017 after being homeschooled her whole life and is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre with a minor in Information Systems. Her goal is to one day own her own multimedia arts center and work with foster children.
