Jasmine Narayan, PsyD is a Licensed Child and Adolescent Psychologist who is dedicated to empowering youth who struggle with emotional regulation, aggressive/impulsive behavior, ADHD, depression, anxiety and trauma. Dr. Narayan believes that creativity is critical to every individual’s growth. Being an avid Zentangler herself, she incorporates art, coloring, and other expressive interventions into her therapeutic work. Dr. Narayan also works closely with caregivers, drawing on positive, attachment-focused techniques to foster increased connection and communication between caregiver and child.  She lives and practices in Long Island, New York. Patterns and hand drawn elements are combined in Hannah's designs to create something new and unique. She works by layering together her own textile patterns, colored papers, watercolors, and ink drawings. She is also fascinated by microscopic patterns and the extraordinary level of detail they can display. Her style is best described as fine, decorative, dreamy, and full of whimsical detail.
