Detailed description has been been given regarding role of these genes mutation and colorectal cancer risk. Also relation between these gene mutations with risk factors for CRC has also been reported. These genes could serve as future prognostic markers and biomarkers for colorectal cancer. The book is result of one year long research on colorectal cancer genetics.

Ramish Riaz has completed her M.Phil Biotechnology from Fatima Jinnah Women University. She has previously done her BS in Medical Imaging Technology from Rawalpindi Medical College (RMC). She is currently working as Visiting Lecturer of Nuclear Medicine at RMC. Her research interests are mainly in fields of cancer genetics and molecular imaging.
