Autorenporträt
Constantine P. Spanos is a Professor of Surgery at the Aristotelian University in Thessaloniki, Greece. He obtained his MD from the Aristotle University School of Medicine in 1992. After an internship year at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, he trained in General Surgery at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He subsequently pursued fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the American College of Thessaloniki. He is currently certified (and recertified) by both the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.
