Through amusing rhymes and vibrant illustrations, "Colors of Minnesota" helps kids learn about colors and teaches them interesting facts about the state. Autorenporträt
Ryan J. Schroeder has always been a storyteller. As a child, he sprawled out on the kitchen floor and created grand adventures influenced by comic books and Saturday morning cartoons while his mother prepared dinner. In middle school and high school, he crafted tales for his friends at recess and sleepovers, always doing his best to draw out a laugh. Throughout college, the reams of paper containing stories continued to grow and, after graduation, Ryan followed his writing dreams all the way to Hollywood to try his hand at screenwriting. Now, back in the Midwest and a father of two, he writes books inspired by his children. It is Ryan's hope that Vegetah Books can bring as much enjoyment to the families reading them as they have to his in creating them. Ryan J. Schroeder has a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
