In a bid to step up law enforcement and good governance, we need a restructuring of the system as a whole and to promote and finance better socio-economic opportunities for the local populations.

Kien is a Cameroonian and Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Public Law in the University of Buea. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Law (Ph.D), a Masters in International Law (LL.M) from the University of Buea, and a Maitrise in Business Law, specializing in Environmental Law. She is also a Paralegal with Poubom and Partners Law Firm Buea.
