Recently, Psychological Capital and Emotional Intelligence (psychic abilities) are linked with Job performance and other work related attitudes at work place. This study examines the combined effects of Psychological Capital (PsyCap) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) on work related attitudes such as Organizational Commitment (OC), Turnover intentions (TI) and Job Performance (JP), of higher educational institutes in Quetta city, Pakistan.
