It is not likely that our breathing patterns are the same. You can test for double nostril breathing very easily. Hold one nostril shut and take a breath. Now switch holding the other nostril shut and breathe. Is it the same? If not it's worth learning double nostril breathing. The course offers a set of breathing exercises with some degree of increasing difficulty with the guarantee of improvement in your health. You get more oxygen into your lungs and as a result into your blood cells and as a result better health. I am eighty years (old? young?) and do double nostril breathing all but automatically without any conscious effort.
