A private plane with six people aboard crashes on a snow-covered, frozen mountain side. The survivors face starvation and freezing temperatures. Food and shelter must be found immediately. She also loves seeing them come to the knowledge of Jesus. Writing is a joy and a challenge for her. One challenge met was winning an honorable mention in a Writer's Digest short story competition. For the past twenty-two years she has written a humorous word definition column for several weekly newspapers. That, she says, is evidence she can't be serious about life - too many things to laugh at.
