Bishop Marc L. Neal was licensed in 1984, ordained in 1987, consecrated in 2005 and pastoring since 1990. He has attend and graduated from Moody Bible Institute, Ashland Seminary, St. Thomas Christian College. He is the founder and pastor of Dominion Family Church, also pastoring the Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, and Second Baptist Church. Bishop Marc L. Neal is the presiding prelate of Come Alive Ministry International Fellowship, a ecumenical non-denominational fellowship spanning 16 countries.
