Prior is a partner with Porter Wright Morris and Arthur in Columbus, Ohio, where he practices in the areas of employee benefits and commercial transactions. Jeremy S. Friedberg is a partner with Leitess Friedberg PC in Baltimore, Maryland. His practice focuses on negotiation, documentation and workout of numerous asset based transactions and debtor-in-possession financing.
