Fredrick Alleni Mfinanga is currently working with the University of Dodoma as a Planning Officer. He has a bachelor degree of Environmental Planning and Management from the Institute of Rural Development Planning Dodoma, Tanzania and a Master Degree in Development Studies from the University of Dodoma (Tanzania).
