The quality of the contents and curricula taught in higher education is one of the issues that is debated by different disciplines, researchers and professionals of the science of education for its impact on the direction of learning activity in students; as well as its contribution as strategic objectives of development of society. From this social problem, the present work pursues as a general objective, to analyze the factors that affect communication and university learning as a necessity for institutional change. Transformation that are generated by teachers and students in the educational institution as a responsibility and commitment to their time. In this sense, the study places the look to the multiple strategies that can as social benefit, assume the new university within the educational improvement that is developed in society in this context. Likewise, a set of dynamics on these categories centered on initiatives and creativity are exposed, which can constitute a point of reflection to share and enrich other methodological theoretical conceptions.
