If communication is the keystone according to certain authors of economic intelligence. And that it is a question, thus, of thinking in a dynamic way the notions of role and device by not neglecting the question of the power as well as the importance of the representations, such is according to us the opportunity of an analysis of the dynamics of economic intelligence in the prism of the sciences of the information and the communication, as long as these allow not to fall in the trap of the reductionism. Otherwise, a good public policy in terms of economic intelligence and its implementation must not be based only on economic and mathematical analyses. They must also integrate communication, in all its dimensions. This is the communicational dimension of EI which covers technical and technological aspects, but above all anthropological realities.
