This book deals with communication for the sustainable development of decentralised territorial entities in the D.R. Congo. The author maintains that communication is essential in the process of endogenous, integral and sustainable promotion of local entities. He also argues that it is the first strategy to be promoted in the DRC's journey towards becoming a middle-income country (2021), an emerging country by 2030 and, finally, a sustainably developed country (2050). The book is aimed at all those with a passion for social communication in all its diversity.
