Sensitivity to the form and content in communication, especially in young physicians of various professions, prevents prematurely getting into a routine and professional burnout. A person sensitive to the context enjoys what he or she does longer, even if they carry out their profession in odium of sickness, suffering and death. This fact has become more important in the modern society which is determined by the discourse about emotions, and increased patient awareness about the nature of positive emotions and positive attitudes towards themselves and others.
