Dr. David Kiptanui Ruto holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, specializing in Educational Administration and Planning (The Catholic University of E.A), M.Ed.(UEA, Baraton) and B.Ed. (Moi University). He has previously served as a Secondary School Principal. Dr. Ruto is currently an Administrative Officer at Moi University, Eldoret, Kenya.
