This research analyzes comparatively the regulation of the rights and duties related to the practice of journalism in Bolivia in the different constitutional texts, from 1826 to the one enacted in 2009, as a result of the work of a constituent process of which details of the socio-political context in which it was carried out are provided.It also analyzes the influence of the first Bolivian Constitution in its drafting, which was reformed 17 times.
