In this digital world in which we are measured, evaluated and judged by users, it is a mistake for websites to remain immobile and faithful to their beginnings. It is vital to evolve and adapt to the needs of users if you want to survive and successfully face the growing and unstoppable competition. To carry out this research we rely on a predominantly qualitative methodology, based on a phenomenological study of an empirical-descriptive nature.
