The research work, "Communicative competencies in the pedagogical practices of trainee teachers at the Escuela Normal Superior de Gachetá", seeks to develop a didactic strategy that contributes to redefining the work of the teacher trainee, from the perspective of communicative competencies, so that they can be effectively linked to the knowledge society and respond critically to the demands of the information age. Through a series of activities, pedagogical workshops, classroom interventions, exercises and pedagogical practices, articulated in a systematic and congruent strategy, the aim is to strengthen communicative skills such as: listening, speaking, critical reading, comprehension and interpretation of texts and textual production, and thus contribute to the transformation of pedagogical practices in the classroom.
