Wondifraw Tolassa Tucho, MA and BA: Studied Geography and Environmental Studies at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He had been working at the capacity of high school teacher and Zonal Tourism Promotion and Development Team Leader. Currently, the author is a Lecturer and Dean of Education Faculty at Jigjiga University,Ethiopia.
