Access to genetic resources, benefit sharing community knowledge and rights is one of the burning issues at any states and communities all over the world. In this day, however, countries those have clear policy directions regarding for conservation and sustainable uses of genetic resources as well as for the benefit sharing from the utilization of the resources are few in number.
