Where there is good quality social capital participation is greater and beneficial to community development.

Zoleka is is a qualified social worker and works as a Director: Victim Empowerment and Families in the Department of Social Development and Special Programmes in the Eastern Cape. She completed a social work honours degree with Rhodes University and a masters degree in public administration with University of Fort Hare.
