Daniel M. Otto is Professor of Economics at Iowa State University. Steven C. Deller is a Professor of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Thomas G. Johnson is the Frank Miller Professor of Agricultural Economics and Director of the Community Policy Analysis Center at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
