Autorenporträt
Eva Micheler is an Associate Professor (Reader) at the Law Departement at LSE. She is also a member of the management committee of the Systemic Risk Centre at LSE. Eva Micheler studied law at the University of Vienna and at the University of Oxford before joining the LSE Law Department in 2001. She holds the venia legendi from the University of Economics in Vienna. Eva Micheler has written widely on corporate and comparative law. Her work has been cited by the UK Supreme Court. She contributes to Gower and Davies, Principles of Modern Company Law, to Gore-Brown on Companies and to Palmer's Company Law.
