Statistical analyses were not possible for the analyses of POL, AR, ART and alcohol content, which were carried out in the laboratories of Usina Coruripe. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test with Lilliefors correction was carried out, which determined that none of the variables had a normal distribution. Levene's test was used to analyse the homogeneity of variance. The variables did not show homogeneity of variance, making it necessary to use the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test. I hope that the results will help other research in the area of technological innovation that could optimise sugar and ethanol production processes, making production more cost-effective and leading to an increase in biofuel production.
