Dildora Fayzulla qizi Gaybullayeva nació en 1993 en la región de Jizzakh, Uzbekistán. En 2015, se graduó en la Universidad Estatal de Lenguas del Mundo de Uzbekistán. En 2017, obtuvo la maestría en la misma universidad. Desde 2019 es profesora de la facultad de Filología Inglesa de la UzSWLU.
