Associate Professor Joshua Aston is the associate dean of Law and is a member of the Executive in the School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University (ECU). Prior to joining ECU, he served as a Dean at Gujarat National Law University, India. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at Amity University India. His remarkable academic achievements include being awarded the prestigious Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) scholarship from Germany which led to his invitation as a Research Scholar by the Institute of Air, Space and Cyber Law at the University of Cologne, Germany. He is also recognized as an Asian Law Institute Fellow of the National University of Singapore, Singapore. His commitment to community service is exemplified by his involvement as a Board Member of the Joondalup Business Association, Western Australia. Prof Dr Aditya Tomer is the additional director / joint head of Amity Law School, Noida, Amity University. He is an academic with varied and interdisciplinary interests. Dr. Tomer has to his credit more than 35 publications including books, monographs, chapters, research papers, articles in magazines and newspapers. He is a keen researcher and has supervised researches leading to the award of Ph.D. in Law and also LLM. He focuses more on empirical and multidisciplinary research. His expertise lies in the field of right to information, arbitration and mediation, human right and business law. His stewardship has deeply impacted in enhancing the quality of Amity International Journal of Juridical Sciences, Journal of Multi-disciplinary Studies, Journal of Legal Studies and Research and Ami Code 3-Newsletter of Law. Dr. Jane Eyre Mathew is serving as an assistant professor of Law at Amity Law School, Noida, Amity University. Prior to joining Amity, she was a faculty at School of Law, Lovely Professional University, and also worked with a few NGOs working in the field of labor issues and women related matter. Her key areas of interest include constitutional law, international law, research methodology and criminal law. She has been conducting trainings for School Teachers on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. She is immensely interested in empirical research and has authored numerous articles. She has several research papers to her credit and has also edited a book.
