This report is a presentation of findings from the study undertaken to establish the threat posed by climate change on agricultural productivity and land management. The study further attempts to investigate the link between climate change and land degradation arising from poor agriculture practices and to identify small-scale farmers' adaptation and mitigation efforts. The key outcomes of the study attempt to bridge the knowledge gap between climate change and Land-use systems. The Zambia Land Alliance (ZLA) has been contracted by Zimbabwe Environment Regional Organization (ZERO) of Zimbabwe to undertake the study. ZERO Regional Environment Organisation (ZERO) is regional non-governmental organisation based in Harare, Zimbabwe. Founded in 1987 and works with rural and urban communities fostering balanced healthy growth and self-reliance within a rapidly changing world. ZERO has been actively involved in climate change issues since 2003.
