From this research, I concluded that there was a minute difference of content values between the discussed types of milks. The results showed that lab made condensed milk, prepared by freeze dryer contains highest percentage of protein, moisture and ash components than the other type of condensed milk, which was prepared by evaporating process and usually available in the market. Commercially available condensed milk contains highest percentage of lactose than the other two types of milks. Freeze-dried condensed milk contains highest percentage of fat content, highest percentage of protein and ash components than the other two types.
