Psychomotor fitness of an individual is a perfect blend of physical as well as motor fitness, and goes a long way in yielding the excellent outcomes. Coordinative abilities are primarily dependent on the motor control and regulation process of central nervous system. For each coordinative abilities the motor control and regulation process function in a definite pattern when a particular aspect of these functions is improved then the sportsperson is in a better position to do a certain group of movements and execution depends on the pattern of function of Central Nervous System function. The measurement of achievement provides a basis for judging teaching methods, and teaching methods themselves are improved when measurement becomes a part of the method. The skill test has its greatest value when the results are used to improve instructions. It is concerned mainly for level of performance.
